1. Acceptance
By requesting a consultation, submitting a form or signing up for a membership with MAT Business Services LLC ("MAT"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. What we do — and what we don’t
Our service is administration and profitability memberships for small and mid-sized service businesses. To be clear:
- We organize information, monitor indicators, follow up administratively on collections and coordinate the operational back office.
- We do not prepare taxes or provide CPA, audit, legal or investment advisory services.
- We do not hold your business’s funds, move your money or authorize your payments. Your money and every approval remain under your control.
- Examples and indicators shown on this website are illustrative.
3. Free consultation
The initial 30-minute consultation is free and does not obligate you to sign up. In it we review your operation and recommend the right membership. The final scope of each membership is confirmed after the consultation.
4. Memberships and payments
- Memberships are billed month to month, in advance, in U.S. dollars.
- Each membership has a one-time onboarding fee charged at the start.
- Payments are processed online through Stripe, with each membership’s payment button or a payment link we send you. MAT does not store your card details.
- Software, taxes, payroll, tax preparation and catch-up work are not included unless expressly quoted. Past months that need to be caught up are quoted separately before you sign up.
- Other services: after the initial consultation, any service that is not part of your membership (such as freight dispatch or maintenance support) is quoted and agreed separately before work begins.
5. Membership cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Request cancellation by email before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and service continues until that date.
6. Refunds and disputes
The onboarding fee and a month already started are non-refundable.
If you believe a charge was made in error or you disagree with a charge, write to us at o.villegas@mat-bs.com before opening a dispute with your bank; we will review it and respond.
7. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and timely information about your business.
- Keep control of your bank accounts, cards and payment approvals.
- Review the reports and let us know about any incorrect data.
- Keep your CPA or tax preparer for tax returns and regulated advice.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential. We only share it with your CPA, bookkeeper or payroll provider when you authorize it, or when the law requires it.
9. Limitation of liability
MAT provides information, follow-up and coordination to support your decisions; business, tax and financial decisions are yours. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MAT’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid to MAT for the service or the membership period in which the event occurred. MAT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual property
The content, brand and design of this website belong to MAT Business Services LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published on this page when you sign up for or renew your membership is the one that applies.
