MAT Business Services LLC ("MAT", "we") is a limited liability company (LLC) registered in the State of Georgia, United States, with an office at 8735 Dunwoody Place, STE N, Atlanta, GA 30350. We provide administration and profitability memberships for small and mid-sized service businesses.

We only collect the information you choose to give us. Specifically:
- Contact details you submit in our forms: name, company, email and phone.
- Details of your request: type of business, membership of interest and your main need.
- Business information you share during the service: income, expenses, invoices, receivables, subcontractors and related documents.
- Basic technical data generated when you visit the site, such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site working.
We do not collect card details on this website. Membership payments are made on Stripe’s secure checkout, which handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your request and prepare your consultation or quote.
- To provide your membership: organize information, prepare reports and follow up on your operation.
- To handle invoicing, billing and payment follow-up where applicable.
- To contact you about your service.
We do not use your information for automated decisions and we do not send you advertising unless you ask for it.

We do not sell your information. We only share it in these cases:
- With your CPA, bookkeeper or payroll provider, when you authorize it.
- With technology providers that run our email, hosting and payments (such as Stripe), strictly to provide the service.
- When required by law, such as a valid legal request from a competent authority.
5. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as your membership or service lasts and as needed to meet accounting and legal obligations. Requests that do not become a service are deleted once they are no longer useful.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Write to o.villegas@mat-bs.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you ask us to delete information we are required to keep, we will tell you what we must retain and why.
7. Security
This website is delivered over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We limit access to your business information to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us.
8. Third-party services
The website shows a Google Maps map and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; we recommend reading their policies.
9. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
